Since 1980, Goheen has engaged in a variety of ventures that have included industrial and commercial real estate acquisitions, auto racing, investment-land acquisitions, patented technology inventions, developing the launch of a regional airline, software design, and commercial | retail | office | residential property developments.

Besides business pursuits, Goheen earned Philosophy Degrees at University of London (England), a university that is World Class and World Wide, and recognized as one of the world’s leaders in Higher Education, being a federation of 17 esteemed Higher Education Institutions. Goheen’s avocations include musicianship (piano and guitar), oil painting, cooking, and writing.
